All you ever have is your body and you need to look after it the most and especially when traveling, with all the strain and stress it’s going to go through. It’s difficult to work out or follow a routine and lack of sleep can be quite tiresome most of the times. Keep drinking water, eat healthy (mostly at least), sunscreen, etc. These are necessities.
